The constituency of said corporation shell consist of the accredited delegates to the South Atlantic Conference of Seventh-UQy Adventists, en unincorporated body, present at any regular or special session; said delegates to be selected in accordance with the by--laws of the corporation. The constituency shall elect at each regular session a board of trustees who shall administer the affairs of the corporation. The constituency of this corporation shall have power to make and eatatilish by-laws to ~ govern this corporation and its board of trustees, and to alter and amend the aeme;.provided that they anst always be in harmony with { this charter, and in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, and of the Unitefl States. 6. _ . The affairs of said corporation shall be administered by a board of trustees consisting of not leas than five nor more I i than ten members. These trustees shall be elected by the.constitue~ncy ~ of Chia corporation in accordance with the provision made in its 1 by-laWS for such election. The board of trasteee shall have full power to administer the affairs of this croporation in har~aony with this charter, and the b7 laws of this corporation.
