ORDER
The foregoing petition of H. D. Singleton, and others,
for incorporation Hader the name and style of
SODTH ATLANTIC CONFERENCE ASSOCIATION OF SEVEZITH-DAY
ADVENTISTS, INCORPORATED.,
having been presented and examined, and it appearing that said
petition is legitimately within the purview and intention of the
lava of the State, and it further appearing by Certificate of
the Secretary of State that the name of the proposed corporation
is not the name of aAy other existing corporation registered in
tbs records of the Seoretary of State, it is ordered and a~~udged
that acid petition be and the same i8 hereby granted, and that
petitioners be and they are hereby inoorporated and chapter is
hereby granted to petitioners under the name.and style in said
petition and in this order set forth, with all rights, powers
sad privileges prayed for in said petition; and it is flu~ther
ordered that this petition and order be filed of record with the
Clerk of this Court.
