lender the rent: of the Properly. provided that Borrower shall, prior to sccekration uarkr puagrsph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Property. have the right to collect and retain such teats as they become due gad payable.
Upon acoekratioa under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property. Leader shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Properly and to collect the rents of the
Property, including chase past due. All rents collated by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
maaagemeat of the Properly gad collection of cents. including. but not limited to. receivers fees. premiums on receiver's
bonds std reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to aooo(tat
only for those heats actually received.
21. Frrtaa<e Aa>.snces. Upon request by Borrower. Lender. at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
