Upon acakration under paragraph t8 hereof or abandorunent of the Property, bender shop be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property cad to collect the r+eats of the
Property, including those pasC due. All rents collected by -the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Proputy and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's tea, premiums oa receiver's
bonds and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortpge. 'The receiver shall be liable to sooount
only for those rents actually re/xived.
Tl. FLtlrre Adrasces. Upon rrquest by Borrower. Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of tha
Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory note stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced in aooordanoe herewith to protect the
security of this Mortpge, exceed the original amount of the Note plus USS."'..
22. Reksue. Upgn payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Leader shall release this Matpge without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of rernrdatan, if any.
23. Attoreep's Face. As used in this Mortgage and in the Notc, "attorney's fess" shag indude attorney's fees, if nay,
which may be awarded by as appellate court.
