Lender the rents of the Property. provided that Borrower shall. prior to sccekration under paragraph 18 heresof or abandon•
atent of the Property. have the right to collect and retain such rents as they became due and payable.
Upon aooeleratioa under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property, Lender sbaq be entitled to have a
resceiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take possession of and manage the Property and to trolkct the rents of the
Property, including those pan due. All reau collected by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Property and collection of rests, including, but rat limited to, restxiver's fees, premiums on resceiver's
