authorized to transact business in the State of Florida, as Grantor,
Party-of the First Part, and LEONARD J. OSTROM AND JEAN OSTROM, his wife

That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars (10.08) and other good and valuable considerations to them
in hand paid b}~ the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to said Party(s)
of the Second Part, heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,
as follows:
Condominium Parcel No. 7137 of CATAMARAN II, a
Condominium according to tTie Declaration of

Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 334 , Pages 2451 through 2549 , and any amend-
. merits thereto, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.-
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed the Party(s)
of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following: -
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, ease-
ments and other matters of record; however, this reference
shall not operate to reimpose any of the same.
• 3. 'The Declaration of Condomunium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Declaration of
Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's
Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, the
provisions of which documents run with the Land. The Grantee(s)
assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association. !
