'Ihe benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
upon the heirs, executors,-administrators, successors and assigns of i
the respective parties hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant
the title to all the premises hereby conveyed against all and every
- person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under the -
Grantor herein; anti will defend the same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through or under the said Grantor.
