its Exhibits, ar)d budget, sales brodurre and floor plan, and acknowledges thirt each and
every provision of the foreboing is essential to the successful operation and nkviagement
of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomini~un
covenant and agxee to, abide by each .•uid e~rery provision of said Declaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'cuchaser hereby ratifies ancP confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Candominirun and I~xhibits attached
