copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amend-

and Declaratiall of Covenants and Rcstrictic,ns of the Property A.~iers' Association; and
Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and cx.m,ination of said ikcaaration,
its Exhibits, :utd budget, sales brochure and flaor ljlan, and acknowledges that each aril
every provision o£ the fol'CgOlllg is essential to the successful operation and management
of the Condominium property and is ih the best intcrest.s and for the benefit of all the
owners therein. Purchaser and all o«rrers of parcels in the aforedescrihed Condominium !
covenant and agree to abide ley each .zrid e~rery provision of said Declaration- of Condominium {
and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all
of the terms and provisions of said hecaai~ition of Condominiun and Exhibits attadred
thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property O~.~rers' Association docwnents
referred to above and the provisions thereof arc masanablc, fair and equitable, and
said Purchaser acknowledges and coirfinns that.thc leclaration of Covenants and Restrictions }
