YOU ARE ~1ERF.BY NOTIFIED that a Complaint in nature of
Bill of Interpleader pertaining to an escrow deposit for the
sale of the following described real property situated in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot H. Block 19, QUEENS COVE, UNIT 1, a Subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded at Plat
Book'll, Pages 12A, 12B and 12C, of the public records_
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has been filed against you by the holder of said escrow,
McANINLEY REALTY, INC., a Florida Corporation, which Complaint

seeks to have an Order entered directing you to interplead and
litigate your claim to said escrow deposit, for the Court to
determine the rights to said deposit and for certain relief and
you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if
any, to it on Scott ri. Kenney, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney,
whose address is: 515 South Indi2an River Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, on or before the 3~~day of 1980,
and file the original with the Clerk of this C rt either before
service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; other-
