QUIT CLAIM DEED 4'360
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED executed this August 25, 1980, by
the Grantor, C. R. McDONALD, JR., to the Grantee, C. R. McDONALD,
JR. and CLAUDIA M. McDONALD, husband and wife, whose Post Office
Address is 10 Sovereign Way, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
WITNESSETHs That the Grantor in and for the consideration
of love and affection does hereby quit claim for purposes of
estate planning and for the purpose of creating a tenancy by the
entirety, not for making a gift for any other purpose under the law
except for estate.planninq and for the sole purpose of creating a '
ten~?ncy by the entirety, with right of survivorship,-between the
Grantor and Grantee, husband and wife, reserving to the husband a
life interest in said property, and with these express conditions
it is the effect of this instrument subject to these conditions to
convey to the Grantees as tenants by the entirety the following
real property situated in St.-Lucie County, Florida:
- Lot C, Block 20, QUEENS COVE UNIT I,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11, Pages 12A, 12B and 12C
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida,
. ~ SUBJECT to restrictions, reservations and
easements of record, and a life estate in
- the Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
