PETITION TO ADMIT PROBATED FOREIGN WILL TO RECORD _
The petition of JOSEPH J. DeROSS, JR., alleges:
1. ELMER C. KIRSCHMAN, late of Allegheny County, Pennsyl-
vania, died on August 12, 1977, leaving a last will and testament
dated August 3, 1970, which was duly proved and admitted to~probate
and recorded in the Orphans Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Allegheny County, State of Pennsylvania, a court of pro-
bate jurisdiction, on October 4, 1977..
2. That the Will complies with the laws of Florida as to
form and manner of execution and devising real property in this

county. `
3. Duly authenticated copies of the.Last Will and Testament,
Application for Probate of Will, Decree of Registrar Admitting Will
to Probate, Affidavit, and Letters of Administration are filed with
this petition. ~
WHEREFORE, the petitioner asks for an order admitting the
probated foreign will to record in this court.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that~I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
