PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
:Petitioners,MARY ELIZABETH THOMAS and WILLIE MOBLEY, as
personal representatives of the above estate allege:
1. Part of the assets of the estate consists of:
Lots 325 and 326, COLLIER HEIGHTS, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 2, public
records of St. Johns County, Florida.
2. Decedent died intestate.
3. The liquid assets of the estate are insufficient to
pay creditors' claims and costs of administration and petitioners
consider 'it expedient, necessary and to the best interest of the
estate to convey the above real property to two of the principal
creditors- in return for Satisfactions of Claims.
4. Petitioners are the only heirs and interested persons
in this estate.
WHEREFORE, petitioners ask for an Order authorizing sale
of Lot 325, COLLIER HEIGHTS, to ROSSLOWS, INC., and Lot 326,
COLLIER HEIGHTS, to SARAH'S MEMORIAL GARDENS, INCORPORATED, in
satisfaction of the claims filed herein by ROSSLOWS, INC. and
SARAH'S MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
