ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
This cause has been considered by this Court upon the
petition of the personal representatives of the estate, and the
Court havinq~determined that it is_in the best interest of the
estate that certain assets be conveyed to certain creditors in
consideration of their satisfying their claims filed herein and
that the best interest of the estate will be served by a sale on
the above basis, it is
ADJUDGED that WILLIE MOBLEY and MARY ELIZABETH THOMAS,
personal representatives of the above estate, are authorized to

convey the following described property in exchange for Satisfac-
tions of.Claims, to the following:
Parcel 1:
Lot 325, COLLIER HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 8, page 2, public records of St. Johns
County, Florida, to ROSSLOWS, INC.

Lot 326, COLLIER HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof on file i
in Plat Book 8, page 2, public records of St. Johns
County, Florida, to SARAH'S MEMORIAL GARDENS, INCORPO-
RATED.
