PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, GEERTJE H. WAGNER, a resident of St.
.Lucie County, Florida, died on March 26, 1979, and Letters of Admin-
istration were issued to Petitioner on JuDe 5, 1979.
2. Petitioner files herewith a complete report of the
assets and disbursements since the commencement of administration
of this estate, attached hereto and marked Exhibits "A" and "B".
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns ~

with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both.

federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. j
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets o$ this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri-
bution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding
and their respective addresses are: PHILIP H. WAGNER, 2310 Mississippi ~
Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.

7. Any objections to the report of receipts and disburse-
ments or the proposed distribution of assets must be filed within
30 days.

Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has
