EIGHTH: I give and bequeath to my stepdaughter, ALICIA
A. STOKES, of Blue Bell Pennsylvania, my diamond solitaire ring,
to be hers absolutely.
NINTH: I give and bequeath to my stepdaughter, ALICIA~
A. STOKES, of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, the balance, if any, of
a fifteen (15) year second mortgage which is held by me on
real estate located at 420 East Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St.
Lucie,,,Florida, to be hers absolutely.
TENTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, ELIZABETH DINGER, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and to my brother, GILBERT ANDERSON, of Elmhurst,
New York, in equal shares, share and share alike, or to the
survivor of them, to be theirs absolutely.
ELEVENTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA as Personal Representative of
this my Last Will and Testament. I expressly confer upon said
Personal Representative full authority and power to sell and convey
any part or all of said estate, including but not limited to real
property, at public or private sale, with or without notice, as it
may deem best and without any order of Court. I authorize and

empower said Personal Representative to make good and sufficient
conveyances to any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale
to the same use as hereinbefore declared in the several items of
this, my Will. I further hereby expressly confer upon said
Personal Representative, the authority and power to borrow money
for the use of my estate, in any instance where it may be thought
necessary and proper, and to secure in mortgage or any other form
of security.
TWELFTH: I hereby direct that all stocks, bonds and
securities that I may own at the time of my death be sold by my
Personal Representative and the proceeds thereof be used as necessary
in the administration of my estate. I further direct that my~
