ORDER CONFIRMING SALE
THIS cause has been considered by this Court upon the
Petition of Eugene A. Kane as Personal Representative of the Es- r
tate of Daisy Solomon, Deceased, and the Court having determined
that it is in the best interest of the Estate that certain assets
of the Estate be sold in order to provide funds. for distribution,
that the best interest of the Estate has beat served by a sale of
the property at a private sale and that the sale was negotiated in
the sum of $20,000.00, it is therefore _ -
ADJUDGED that the sale .of property, as described below, ~ '
by Eugene A. Kane, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Daisy Solomon,~deceased, is hereby confirmed.
