ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of DOROTHY SAPP for the appointment of a guardian ~

of the person and property of BETTY JO BVANS, coming on this day to
be heard and it appearing to the court that said person is incompe- E
tent because of her learning disability which enables her from pro-
perly caring for herself and her property; and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that DOROTHY SAPP is hereby appointed as guardian of
the person and property of BETTY JO EVANS, incompetent.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said DOROTHY SAPP is required to file
a bond in the amount of
payable to the Governor of the~State'of Florida and to his successors
in office, conditioned on the faithful performance of all duties by
the guardian, according to law.
