57 years and whose social security number is 530-03-8299 died on
Iyiay 24, 1979 at approximately 5:00 A.M., at Boswell Memorial Hospital

in Sun City, Arizona,; and at the time of his death, decedent was

domiciled in Sun City, Arizona.
