6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are;
(1) An unimproved parcel of real estate located in
Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
Lot 1-6, Block 70 of Port St. Lucie Section 27, valued
at $2,000.00.
(2) An unimproved parcel of real estate located in
Citrus Springs, Citrus County, Florida, described as
Lot 7, Block 991 at_Citrus Springs, valued at $4,795.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any~unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. An authenticated copy of the decedent's will probated
in the Superior Court of the_State of Arizona in and for Maricopa
County accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that BETTY J. IRBY be appointed ancillary personal
representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
OATH
1. That she is the person who has been appointed Personal
Representative of the estate of EDWARD M. SUCHER, deceased.
2. That she will faithfully administer the estate of the
decedent according to law.
3. That her place of residence is 101 South Second
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida and her post office address is P. O.
Box 4027, Fort Pierce, Florida.
4. That she hereby designates FRANK J. LYNCH, JR., Attorney
at Law, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose residence is
342 N.E. Genesee Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida and whose post
office address is Post Office Box 4027, Fort Pierce, Florida as her
agent or attorney for service of process in any action against her ~
in her representative capacity, or personally, if such personal
action accrued in the administration of the estate.
