ARNEY, in the event he does not survive
me.

JACK A. ARNEY,
D. One-fourth (1/4) thereof to my cousin,
KAREN COLLINGS. •
In the event that any of my above named cousins or alternate
- beneficiaries shall predecease me, or not be living at the close
' of the administration of my estate, then.s~id deceased person's
. share of the residue of my estate shall be distributed among my
surviving cousins herein named in the proportions set forth
above.
EIGHTH; I hereby nominate and appoint the VALLEY
• NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA, a national banking association, as
Personal Representative of this, my Last Will and Testament. -
Any corporate successor to the business and assets of said hank
shall succeed said Bank as Alternate Personal Representative
• with all the rights, powers, discretions anv immunities conferred
as though originally .named as such in this Will. _My Personal
Representative shall be permitted to qualify and act as such
without bond or other security in any jurisdiction.

The foregoiny instrument, consisting of two (2) pages,

MORRISON SUCHER,-signed, publ-fished and declared to be his-Last
Will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at his reyuest and
in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses on the date hereinabove written at Sun City,
• Arizona, and we declare that at the time of the execution of this
instrument the said EDWARD MORRISON SUCHER, according to our best i
knowledge and belief, was of sound mind and disposing memory and
- under no constraint.
