An Application for Informal Probate of Will and Appoint-
. ment of Personal Representative has been submitted by THE VALLEY
. NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA, a national banking association, requesting
admission to probate of the will of the decedent dated December 4,
1978, and the appointment of THE VALLEY NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA,
•a national banking association, as the Personal Representative
to administer the decedent's estate.
The undersigned has found compliance with A.R.S.
Sec. 14-3303 and Sec. 14-3308 and is satisfied that said will

a national banking association, is entitled to appointment as
~ Personal Representative under all applicable provisions of A.R.S.
Title 14, Chapter 3, Article 3.

December 4, 1978, is admitted to informal probate.
FURTHER, THE VALLEY NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA, a national
banking association, is appointed as Personal Representative of
