The instrument presented to this Court as an authenticated
copy of the Last Will And Testament of EDWARD M. SUCHER, Deceased,
having been duly admitted to probate and record in the Superior
Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, a court of probate
jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will of the decedent
complies with the laws o.f Florida as~to form and execution, and
that it devises real property located in this County, owned by the
decedent at the time of his death; said property described as Lot
16, Block 70 of Port St. Lucie Section 27, located in Port St.
Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Court finding that a
duly authenticated copy of the Will, Application For Informal Probate
Of•Will And Appointment Of Personal Representative, Statement Of
Informal Probate Of Will And Appointment Of Personal Representative
And Letters Testamentary And Acceptance filed in the proper Court
of the domiciliary state have been filed herein by the Petitioner;
further Waivers Of Notice, Waiver Of Bond Of Ancillary Personal
Representative And Consent To Appointment Of Ancillary Personal
Representative have been filed herein by the Petitioner, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will And
Testament of EDWARD M. SUCHER, deceased is hereby admitted to probate
