SUCHER, Deceased, and all heirs and devisees known at this time have executed Waivers Of Notice, Waivers Of Bond Of Ancillary Personal Representative and Consent To Appointment Of E Ancillary Personal Representative, herein filed in the above- styled estate, . WHEREAS, the Waivers hereinbefore referred to executed by the domiciliary personal representative in the State of Arizona of the estate of EDWARD M. SUCHER, Deceased, and all heirs and devisees known at this time consent to the appointment of BETTY J. IRBY of St. Lucie County, Florida, as Ancillary Personal Representative in the above-styled estate, WHEREAS, BETTY J.
