MOTION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
COMES NOW JOHN C. BROOKS, as the duly qualified and acting
Personal Representative of the Estate of JAME$~H. BROOKS, JR.,
Deceased, by and through his undersigned attorneys, and hereby
moves this Court for an Order Authorizing Sale of certain real
property which is an asset of this estate,. and in support thereof
would show as follows:
1. James H. Brooks, Jr., died testate on July 26, 1980, ~
seized and possessed of certain real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, of GOLF VIEW SUBDIVISION,
less the South 15 feet thereof, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, ~
page 36, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The. approximate fair market value on the above-described
real property, including improvements, is $45,000.00.

3. Said real property is not subs ect to specific devise
~.n the Last Will and Testament of the decedent.
4. The Personal~Representative, JOHN C. BROOKS, is also
the sole residuary beneficiary of the estate of the decedent.
5. The Personal Representative,-JOHN C. BROOKS, has entered
into a contract-for the sale of said real property, together with
improvements, for the sum of $45,000.00 cash, which sale is in
the best interest of the estate and of the beneficiary of the ~

estate in order to facilitate distribution of the assets of the

estate and to defray costs of administration and taxes .
