ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the 21st
day of August 1980, upon the Motion for Order Authorizing
Sale filed herein by John C. Brooks, as the duly qualified and
acting Personal Representative of the Estate of James H. Brooks,
Jr., Deceased, and the Court having considered said motion and
being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that sale of the following described
real property, together with improvements located thereon, for a~
purchase price of $45,000.00, payable in cash at closing, by the
Personal Representative, be, and the same is hereby authorized:
