The petitioner, WILLIAM M. TUNISON, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as a son of the decedent. Petitioner's. name and address are
WILLIAM M. TUNISON, R. D. #3, Dreahook Road, Whitehouse
Station, NJ 08889 and the mine and address of Petitioner's
attorneys are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, MILDRED B. NICHOLSON, whose last known
address was 179 Placita Court, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452,
whose age was 69 years, and whose social security number
is 068-09-7040, died on July 17, 1980, at Stuart, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
~ of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
