4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. WILLIAM M. TUNISON, whose address is set forth
above is qualified under the laws of Florida. to serve as
personal representative of the decedent's estate and is
entitled to preference in appointment as personal representative
because he is one of the named alternate executors and
Phillip G. Tunison and David W. Tunison having waived their
right to act in favor of your Petitioner.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Securities and real estate having a value of
less than $50,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
September 7, 1962, is in the possession of the court.

act as personal representative under the laws of the State

~ of Florida; that he will faithfully administer-the estate of
said decedent according to law, and that he hereby designates
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose residence address is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce,
FL 33450, as his agent or attorney for service of process
in any suit or action against him in his representative _
capacity,.or personally if such personal action accrued
in the administration of this estate.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
