State of New Jersey, being of sound mind, memory and understand-

ing, do make, publish and declare the following to bg my last
~ will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills and
codicils by me at any time heretofore made:
FIRST: I direct that all my 3ust debts, funeral expenses, and '
testamentary and administration expenses be paid as soon after my

decease as practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real::,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever the same may consist, and where-
- soever the same may be situate, over which I may have the power
~ of testamentary disposition at the time of my decease, hereinafter'
referred to as my Residuary Estate, I give, devise and bequeath
as follows:

r~ ~ ' ' • (a) If my husband, Willard L. Tunison, survives me,
then I give, devise and bequeath my Residuary Estate to him.
(b') If my husband does not survive me, or should we

die simultaneously, or as a result of a common accident or dis- ~
aster, then my Residuary Estate shall go equally to my children,
share and share alike.
(1) In the event that any of my children shall. pre-
decease me, leaving lawful issue, him, her or them surviving,
then I direct that his, her or their share or shares shall be
paid over to such issue of any of my said children, so dying,

share and share alike, per stirpes, and not per capita. 1
(2) Should the lawful issue surviving any of my
children.that have predeceased me be under the age of twenty-one
years at the time of my decease I direct that his, her or their
