l share or shares of my deceased children's portion of my Residuary

j~ Estate be held by my executors and trustees in Trust, nevertheless
to invest and reinvest the same and to collect and receive the

profits and income thereof, and after directing all proper and 1

;children during his, her or their minority. When each of said
~ issue attains the age of twenty-one years I direct my executors ~

and trustees to pay and distribute to hiip, her or them the balance
/~j of said Trust Fund, then remaining, if any.

(3) In the event that any of my said children shall
die leaving no issue, him, her or them surviving, then I direct a

that his or her share shall be divided among my surviving chil- ~

- dren or their representatives, per stirpes. - ~ ~
THIRD: In the event that my husband, Willard L. Tunison, and '
I should die simultaneously, or as a result of a comanon accident
or disaster, or under such circumstances as make it impossible
or difficult to determine which of us died first, I direct that 1
my husband shall be conclusively deemed no t to have survived me.
FOURTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
