PETITION TO REOPEN ESTA~`~~~~
PURPOSES OF CONVEYING SERIES H. SAVINGS BONDS ~
CONS NOW, GUY R. BRUNT, ESQUIRE, counsel for Elizabeth
C. Horner and Margaret C. Hudock, Personal Representatives of the
above estate, and files herewith a Petition to Reopen the above
Estate for Purposes of Conveying Series H Savings Bonds. Counsel
would state:
1. Approximately $16,500.00 in Series H Savings Bonds
were not transferred into the sole beneficia 's Wane in the

above estate prior to the closing of this estate and the Departm
of the Treasury requires Letters of Administration that are in
full force and effect before it will transfer the bonds into the
name of 2-irgaret Croushore, sole beneficiary.

2. As these bonds were an asset of the above estate,
and all assets in the subject estate need to be transferred to
the beneficiary of the estate, there is need to reopen this
estate which was closed on September 6, 1979, so that the
transfer of the bonds can be made by the Personatl Representatives
of the estate.
3. Counsel requests that after the estate is reopened
and the subject bonds are transferred to the beneficiary of the
estate, that the estate will be considered closed.
