KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Franklin L. Dawson and
Arabelle P. DaWSCtn, his ttife dated Nove>"ber 28th 19 75 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0• R• Book 246 on page
807 , securinct the payment of the sum of Twenty Seven Thousand and no/100-------------------

covering property in the County of St• Lucie ~ ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby

and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of rernrd.
