Soutn, Range 40 East; LESS right of way for South Indian
River Drive and also LESS right of way for FEC Railroad,
St. Lucie County, Florida, together with riparian rights
thereunto appertaining.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE.
THIS IS A BALLOON MORTGAGE AND THE F'II3AL PAYMENT OR THE
BALANCE DUE UPON MATURITY IS $12,000.00, TOGETHER WITH ACCRUED
