ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on August 4, 1980, upon the- _
-Defendant's Motion for Enforcement of Visitation Rights with the minor
child, SABRINA DENISE HALL and the court having heard the testimony of
the Plaintiff and being otherwise advised of the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that BESSIE HALL, the Plaintiff and mother of
the minor child, SABRINA DENISE HALL, has failed and refused to abide by
the Order of this court entered or? November 7, 1978 wherein the Defendant,

LENROY HAYES, was granted rights of reasonable visitation with the minor '
i
child and is now adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this court for

her willful failure to allow said visitation priviliges. It is
l .
{ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt she _
~ is hereby sentenced to serve for (15) fifteen days in the St. Lucie
County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing one week after her receipt
of this order, or soon thereafter she can be found.

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, she may purge herself by allowing
the Defendant, LENROY HAYES, visitation rights with the minor child
on alternate weekends from 4:00 p.m. on Friday to 4:00 p.m. on the
following Sunday, commencing with the weekend following her receipt
of this order .
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort rce, St. Lucie County,
