DISSOLUTIOIT-OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial upon the pleadings
filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; that there is an issue as to the
paternity of the child set forth herein; that the parties agree that
the terms of this Final Judgment are in the best interests of the child;
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
Ii should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between YVA STORCK, Wife, and
JEFFREY A. STORCK, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. -
2, CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, NICOLE Q. STORCK,
d. o .b. approximately December 13, 1979, is hereby awarded to the Wife,
YVA STORCK. The Husband is in agreement with such award and specifically
denies being the natural father of said child and waives any claim or

interest in said child, and releases his interest in said child, if ~j

any, for adoption. ;

3. -MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. By agreement of the parties,
