HomeMy WebLinkAbout1111 i~ i YVA STORCK, Wife, and JEFFREY STORCK, Husband, the Court awards no child support from the Husband to the Wife for the child, The Mother specifically agrees and stipulates that she will never take any action ~ or cooperate with any governmental agency or any other person to obtain, modify or enforce a child support award against the Husband for the benefit of said child. 4. VISITATION. The Husband has not requested visitation t rights with said child nor is he obligated in any way to said child; consequently, the Husband, JEFFREY STORCK, shall have no visitation ~ rights or any other parental rights with said child. ' S. FUTURE CHILD SUPPORT ACTION. In the event that a person or governmental entity not a party to tfiis action should ever seek to obtain, modify or enforce a child support award for said child against the Husband in the future, the Husband-shall have the right to raise any and all defenses to paternity of said child at that time. This Court has not ruled upon the issue of paternity of said child in this action. j 6. CONSENT FOR ADOPTION. The Husband agrees that at any time, upon requirement by the Wife, that he will execute a Consent for Adoption of the u~inor child, NICOLE Q. STORCK, in favor of such person as dircted by the Wife.
