ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the Husband's Motion To
Dismiss and the attorney .for the Husband having withdrawn the Motion
To Dismiss, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDER AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the oral Motion of the Husband to withdraw the Motion
To Dismiss be, and is hereby ordered granted and the Husband be, is ordered
granted twenty (20) days within which time to file his Answer in this
cause.
