THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on August 7, 1980 on the
Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice and Motion
for Judgment on Pleadings, and the Court having heard the argument
of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss Complaint
and the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings are denied. Defendant
shall have 15 days from the date of this order to file his answer.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this ~ day
