STIPULATION OF AMENDMENT OF
PETITION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
The Wife and Husband hereby stipulate and agree to amend
Paragraph Five of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed
with this Court on July 16, 1980, to state the following:
5. The Petitioner is a fit and proper person to have custody
of the minor child and unborn child of the parties and it is in t-he
best interest of the minor and unborn child that the Petitioner have
custody, along with child support payments in the amount of $50.00
every two weeks. The child support payments shall increase to $105.00
every two weeks commencing one month after birth of the unborn child.
