FINAL JUDGMENT ~ ; THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard for trial on the 31st day of July, 1980, and the Court having heard the ! i testimony of the Husband and the Wife and arguments by ! ~ respective counsel, the Court finds as follows: ~ 1. Because this Court reserved ruling on the issues of alimony and child support it shall treat this case as if it had been heard at the time of the original final f~ hearing. 2. It finds that neither party has shown a special e equity in parcels of real estate jointly held as tenants ~ _ in common by the parties. 3. The Court further determines that the Wife is not entitle ! to lump sum alimony. ~ ~i 4. That the marriage lasted for twenty-eight years and the Wife has demonstrated the basis for periodic alimony 3 ~ in the amount of $300.00 a month from April 20, 1979 until i?+ the Wife's remarriage on August 29, 1979. { ~I, 5. The Court further finds that the Wife is entitled to child support from April 20, 1979 until the minor child, LONNIE RAY McLYNDEN, reached the age of majority on August 8, 1979 in the amount of $45.00 per week. 6.
