the laws of the United Ststes of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert 8. Bryan and Lorene
A. Bryan, his Wife dated July 20th 19 ~g ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 291 on page
103 ,securing the payment of the sum of Twenty Five Thousand and no/100-------____~____~_:

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release atxi quit-claim all right, title aril interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
