THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Motion for an

'Order for Transfer of a prisoner and the Court otherwise being
advised in the premises, it is:
. ORDERED AND ADJUDED tha~NORt~AN Y EAN all be tr ns-
ferred from Lake Correctional Ins~itute ~-Cleremont, F1 rida to
the St. Lucie County Jail in Fort Pierce, Florida, before August _
~ 29, 1980 in order to prepare for and to testify at his trial in
the above-styled cause. NORMAN RAY DEAN shall remain at the St.
Lucie County Jail until September. X98 ~bsequent to Septem-
ber 5, 1980, he shall be transferred bac ~to Lake Correctional
Institute in Cleremont, Florida as soon as possible.
