2 lying West of Old Dixie Highway and East of U.S. Highway No. 1
and South of AlA, Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St.Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of 'Section 34, run South 89°40' East,
along the line between Townships 34 South and 35 South, 128.39 feet
to the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the
Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run thence North
26°59' West, along the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
