IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR -
COVENANTS.AND AGREES. THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 15 days of the
due date the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein
at its office or some other place as designated by the
MORTAGEE herein, which said payments the MORTGAGEE will
forward to the first mortgagee, First Federal S&L Assoc.
of Fort Pierce, Fla.
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
mortgage and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel
form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE.
(3) This is a second mortgage.
(4) The MORTGAGOR herein will establish and pay into each

at First Federal S&L Assoc. of Ft. Pierce, Fla.
