PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~ r
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
D. H. Saunders, Deceased, alleges:
1. The decedent, D. H. SAUNDERS, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died March 4, 1980, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on March 19, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver executed by the only
interested party in this proceedings, waiving the filing of the
Final Accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay-
. ~ ~
ment of all taxes and expenses of administration. f
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the Personal Representative and attorneys employed by the Personal ~
Representative is set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto. ~

~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns !
with the Internal_Revenue Service, Department of Revenue, State
of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of
the satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for both federal and
State of Florida estate taxes, if any.
b. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this
Estate as reported on the Inventory filed herein to RAYMOND SAUNDERS,
the sole beneficiary of D. H. SAUNDERS, deceased.
7. Petitioner is the only person interested in this proceed-
ing.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made and that claims t
