3. The Counterdefendants, NORMAN RAY DEAN and
PROGRESSIVE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY, and the Third Party
Defendants, HANOVER INSURANCE COMPANY, ALLSTATE INSURANCE ~
COMPANY and UNITED STALLS FiTcE iiVSilit[~iv~~ l:VirlrE~NY sha31 have -
eight preemptory challenges.
4. All parties shall have unlimited challenges for
cause.
5. The court will give a prefatory instruction to the
jury concerning the identities of the various parties involved
in this case. Counsel for the Third Party Plaintiff, ROBERT
T. WILLIAMS, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
ELIZABETH IMELDA WILLIAMS, shall submit a proposed prefatory
instruction. Alternative proposed prefatory instructions may
be submitted by any other parties.
6. With respect to the exhibit list filed by Third
Party Plaintiff, ROBERT T. WILLIAMS, as Personal Representative -
of the Estate of ELIZABETH IMELDA WILLIAMS:
[a] The opposing parties reserve objections to
' all exhibits except numbers 4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
~ 17, 18, 19 and 20. -

f [b] The court shall reserve ruling on objections
j to exhibit number 7, photographs of the WILLIAMS family,
.until the presentation of evidence at trial.
[c] The six photographs of the accident scene
which were produced for the court's review are not cumulative.
[d] There was no objection to the introduction
of the standard mortality tables into evidence.
7. Objections to the exhibit lists filed by all other
parties were not raised or considered at this pre-trial
conference.
DONE AND ORDERED in hambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie,
