THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 22nd day of
August, 1980, on-the Complaint and the Counterclaim filed herein
and the Court, after taking testimony, considering the evidence
admitted, reviewing the pleadings and papers filed herein, finds and
determines:

1. That the Plaintiff, DOYLE CLINE, sustained $5,000.00
in damages as a result of negligence which is apportioned as follows:
(a) 90% attributable to the Defendants, ROBERT-LEE
HALL and WALTER HALL;
(b) 10% attributable to the Plaintiff, DOYLE CLINE.

It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DOYLE CLINE, shall
have and recover of and from the Defendants, ROBERT LEE HALL and

WALTER HALL, jointly or severally, the sum of $4,500.00 for which let
execution issue forthwith. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counterclaimant, ROBERT LEE
HALL, shall take nothing by this action and the Counterdefendant,
DOYLE CLINE, shall go hence without day.

The Plaintiff, DOYLE CLINE., shall have and recover of an
from the Defendants, ROBERT LEE HALL and WALTER HALL, jointly or
severally, the sum of $51.00 as and for court costs in this action
for which let execution issue forthwith.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
