ORDER
This cause having come before this Court on the
22nd day of August, 1980 upon the Plaintiffs Motion for
Sanctions, and the Court having heard the argument of counsel,
the sworn testimony of the witnesses and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED At]D ADJUDGED as follows
1. The Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions is hereby
granted.
I~ 2. idothing further will be permitted by the
Defendants to interfere with the Plaintiff as President and
~ Operating Manager of TWO & TfiREE COMPAN`l. _
3. That Defendant, AL COCIt]O, will be compelled to
yive testimony at a deposition.
4. That upon completion of the deposition
testimony. of AL COCIPIO, the Court will hear the Plaintiff's
Motion for Contempt and Injunction and the Defendant's Motion to
Dissolve Restraints upon hearing set by either party.
