That the said party of. the first part, for and in considera-
j tion of the sum of Six Thousand Five Hundred (6,500) Dollars to him
f in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt
1f whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns for-
' ever, the following described land situate, lying and being in City

ff of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State~of Florida, to-wit:

Lot 19 Block 368 of Port St. Lucie Section 3, a subdivision ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first

recorded in St. Lucie County in Book 242 at page 1752.
Sub~sct to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limita-

rant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
