Petitioner, HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
named Ancillary Administrator by virtue of appointment by the
First National Bank of Chicago Heights, Independent Executor of
the Estate of the decedent as appointed in the Circuit Court of
Cook County, Illinois and in accordance with Article III(B) of
the Last Will and Testatment of the decedent. Petitioners name E
and address are: Harold H. Goldman, Esquire, 8028 South Federal
Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452.
2. Decedent, EDWARD J. PIRMAN, whose last known address
was, R.R. 2, Box 355, Syracuse, Indiana and whose age was 66, f
and whose Social Security Number is: 346-18-2861, died on May 5, t
. 1980 at Chicago Heights, Illinois, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in Chicago Heights, Illinois.
3. Decedent had been married to MARGUERITE M. PIRMAN,
who died on t7oveiaber 18, 1977, a copy of her Death Certificate

being attached hereto, and at the time of his death was an

unremarried widower.
4. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
